Kitchen Table docs

A cloud for small software that runs on your own Mac. Turn any folder into a live, shareable app — no server, no signup, no deploy.

Core concepts

Kitchen Table is a background daemon that watches a workspace folder. Every subfolder becomes an app, served over local HTTPS at appname.local. You control who can reach each app with a visibility level, and optionally make it reachable away from home through the paid relay.

Everything below the app is plain files. There is no backend to write — apps get an isolated storage API, and agents drive the whole thing over MCP.
